About Vicky

Vicky is a registered Psychologist and a Member of the Australian Psychological Society. She brings a warm, practical, and evidence-based approach to her work, drawing on extensive experience in assessment, therapy, and psychological research. ​Vicky provides assessments and medico-legal reports for personal injury, workplace stress and trauma-related matters.

In her clinical work, Vicky supports adults, adolescents, and children, tailoring each treatment plan to the individual. Her approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and also draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, and Relaxation techniques.
She has a special interest in helping clients manage depression, anxiety, ADHD, stress, and work-related challenges, as well as relationship and family issues. Vicky also offers compassionate support for new and expecting parents, with a focus on fertility, pregnancy, and the transition to parenthood.
